Welcome to our new and more creative way to make a nutrition plan. Some sites tell you what you should be eating and while that’s good it doesn’t give you the freedom to pick what you like and eat what you enjoy.

We have put a slew of our favorite recipes into our own recipe builder and you can build your own meal plan for the week. Just pick a meal (sort by alphabet, course or cuisine and choose a meal you’d like. Then drag and drop it into the day/timeslot you’d like. Once you’ve made your week’s meal plan (don’t worry, there’s not a bad dish in there for you) you can then print the recipes, a shopping cart list, etc. If you choose to sign up for an account it will save your meals as well so you can keep track of everything and go back and check out your plan later.

We think this is the better way and we know you will too!
